Session Fees

Polestar rates for intake and sessions are as follows:

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Insurance

• We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum.
• We accept PPO plans as out of network providers.
• The Student Health Benefit Plan sponsored by UMass Amherst is accepted ($45 coinsurance after the deductible is met).

Please do not hesitate to contact our offices if you need to be seen at a reduced fee. Each clinician carries a limited number of openings at a tiered reduced fee.
